Recently, the City of Perth joined National AFL Masters and AFL Masters WA to become a major sponsor of the 2021 Sealink Perth National Carnival.  Lord Mayor, Basil Zempilas said “The City of Perth is delighted to be a sponsor of this year’s AFL Masters National Carnival and it is a compliment to the organisers for ensuring this event goes ahead with interstate participation.” 

Chair of the Perth Organising Committee, Nathan Dixon, says that the partnership with the City of Perth was a perfect compliment to ensuring that the interstate, regional and local participants get to experience a perfect picturesque location to play footy and enjoy everything the City has to offer. “Everyone at the City of Perth has been so accommodating and helpful to ensure that AFL games on ovals at Langley Park can occur, and opportunities to create exposure for the brand of AFL Masters during the National Carnival becomes a highlight for local clubs.”
