He ensures all portfolios operate in alignment with the long-term vision, maintains strong governance standards, and works closely with WA Football and key stakeholders to support the sustainable growth of Masters football in Western Australia.

Ken supports the Chair in the leadership of the Board and plays a key role in decision-making, strategic planning, and governance oversight. He ensures the financial sustainability of AFL Masters WA, including budgeting, reporting, audit oversight, and responsible financial decisions across the competitios events, and programs.

Paul is responsible for securing sponsorship and commercial support for AFL Masters WA, building relationships with partners, and developing opportunities that provide financial support for competitions, programs, and events. Paul also ensures delivery of the AFL Masters WA State Carnival through the Carnival Subcommittee.

Trish is responsible for the promotion and public profile of AFL Masters WA. This includes social media, website, media releases, newsletters, and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing participation, strengthening the brand, and building awareness of Masters football across the community.

Joe manages the relationship between AFL Masters WA and WA Football, working to strengthen collaboration across the football system. His role focuses on building pathways into Masters football, supporting regional development, and identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships.

WA Football Administrator Operations & Performance

John Lennon

John manages the day-to-day running of AFL Masters WA competitions, including fixtures, rules, compliance, and match operations. His role ensures competitions run smoothly and that players and clubs have a consistent and professional football experience.
